Village Watch

0756 2422 756 This is a dedicated telephone owned by the watch and connected to a 24hr answering machine. If your call is not answered personally please leave a message. It is monitored regularly every day.

Police (24 hours)

101 This is the national number for non-emergency police calls, which is staffed 24-hours a day and automatically connects you to the local police for the county you are calling from. Use this number in a non-emergency - for example not requiring immediate police attendance. This number should also be used to report a crime after it has taken place.

Once you've dialled 101 if you're not sure who you need to speak to, want to report a crime, or have a query, hold the line and your call will be answered by a member of staff who will be able to help you.

If you know the extension number of the person you want to contact, key in the extension number when prompted.

0800 555 111 This is a police operated recording machine available 24hrs.  You do not have to give your name and nobody will contact you.
